Issue: Mr. Elizondo lacks the "5 yrs Pro Shop experience" in the hire post for the job of managing Al Kruse Tennis Center.
Solution: Please consider using his over 16 yrs of tennis experience that includes starting a non-profit known as "Tennis Success ". In addition, the following petition signers support his hiring and respectfully request that there be some kind of compromise to the hiring process to allow Mr. ELIZONDO to be hired for this position. His contributions to the community of tennis players is immeasurable. It would be a shame to deny him the opportunity to serve in this capacity.

NEW petition that I hope you will all sign. To STOP city council from awarding a Management Contract to an outside company. New company to arrive and raise prices in March if we do nothing. Ronald reports he met with asst city manager today (Monday Jan 30th). He WILL REMAIN in his position thru Feb while investigation into the RFP posting continues. PLEASE CONTINUE to share across suicidal media. We're helping elect a local professional. Y'all

URGENT: Ronald received a "Thanks for Participating" letter from Roberta Ortiz, Buyer City of Corpus Christi, dated today.
"The Evaluation committee evaluated all proposals in strict accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP. We regret to inform you that your proposal was not selected for the recommended award."

TONIGHT: Tues, Jan 24thPUBLIC COMMENTS AT CITY COUNCIL MEETING. BEGIN AT 5:30PM, 3 min time limit if you're able to attend.
TOMORROW NIGHT: Wed, Jan 25th. 6PM at Al Kruse Tennis Center Parks & Rec will be on hand to hear from the community as well as outline what THEIR plan is for running the Tennis Center. Be there to show your support for Ronald if you can.
