Stop increases for lawn care and maintenance unless services are provided

Our rent has been raised for lawn care and maintenance.  We, as a community. appreciate our lawns clean and cared for, however this matter has gone unattended.  We are forced to deal with debris and unsightly trash in our parking areas and lawns.  When the lawns are left unattended for a period of time, we are faced with the problem of flea infestation.  This is costly for everyone both financially and health for both human and pet.  We need your signature to try and resolve this problem.
