Make our park a safer cleaner place!

Starbird park at Boynton Ave & Williams road, San Jose has been experiancing litter and excessive noise pollution in excess every weekend, the park is also very unsafe for young children whose parents don't watch them closely, this petition is to request that the city of San Jose build a fence around the park that can be shut late at night to cut down on noise pollution, and lower the chance of crime taking place late at night. It will also keep young children and pets from running out into the nearby busy streets, making it a safer place for children.
