On November 14, 2010 Anthony Barre (also known as Messy Mya) was gunned down while walking home from his un-born son's babyshower. He was an innocent victim of gun play. He was shot in the back of the neck as he was walking away from a provoked arguement with a stranger who only knew him by his Youtube videos. On December 15, 2010 his son, Juelz Omarian Anthony Barre was born, this is the same birthday of his father Anthony.
Since that night of the killing, a suspect, Jason Hamliton, has been arrested and charged. His killer has been given every right he could exercise since Day 1. He has been pushing the case back by using technicalities of the "Justice System". And even went as far as trying to dis-credit Anthony's character by using his family name of Barre, and trying to twist meanings of harmless Youtube videos that Anthony created.
Bottom line, the family, friends and loyal fans of Anthony Barre a.k.a. Messy Mya needs Justice to be served in this case. There is a chlid that is a victim in the situation, that will never get to have his father in his life because of a foolish act. Wrong is wrong, when you go get a loaded gun to shoot and kill someone who had no weapons and no intentions of harming you, then you are a cold-blooded killer. There is no reason this case should still be in the "Begining Stages" after 2 years. WE NEED JUSTICE!!!
