Lower the Drinking age (LDA bill)

The legal drinking age sometimes causes more problems than it prevents. First, it is necessary to question this law. Why is “21” the magical age that makes one intelligent and mature enough to consume alcohol? We all know some people under 21 who can drink responsibly, and some over 21 with no hope of ever drinking responsibly. Although college students commonly binge drink, 70% of binge drinking episodes involve adults age 26 years and older.

We should lower the drinking age to:
            - Age 18 and above to learn proper education about     drinking habits
            - Give proper treatment as an adult being 18
            - Lower binge drinking/ driving rates from adolescents
