I am a concerned community citizen who is fed up with the administrative bureaucracy, greed, and red tape that constantly puts profit over people.
Paying to park where we go to heal, work, or learn is plain wrong. Nobody pulls into a hospital parking garage or a campus lot for fun—we are there because we have to be.
Patients and families shouldn't face extra financial stress or a meter running while getting medical care or sitting by a bedside.
Healthcare workers who show up every day to care for our community shouldn't have to pay out-of-pocket just to work their shift.
Students and staff shouldn't be nickeled and dimed for a patch of pavement just to get an education or do their jobs.
These multi-million dollar institutions can afford to cover their own pavement without draining our pockets. Charging everyday people for parking is an unnecessary burden on folks who have zero choice but to be there.
It is time to end mandatory parking fees at our hospitals, medical centers, colleges, and universities. PLEASE sign this petition and share it today so we can take a stand together!!! One person can make a difference with the support of others who also want to see change happen!
