Create "the neighborhood" in real life based off of NBA 2K

We ballers and 2k players want a real life neighborhood based on NBA 2K. The neighborhood will consist of basketball courts outside and inside (possible recreation center), food stores or little shopping center or mall, gym, and shoe store (possibly foot locker). Me and multiple people have been wanting this and lots of people would love this beautiful idea and would cause more outside interaction, cause people a healthier lifestyle and be a great tourist attraction. Please somewhere in the U.S.
