NEW Blackburn Skatepark NEEDED

As a kid I used to play at this skatepark alot but over the last 15 years the park hasn't changed and has gone downhill alot. The Ramps are fairly steep, they cement on the ramps are cracking and chipping making it fairly unsafe to skateboard. There is metal plates placed at the bottom of some of the ramps that are unleveled and unsafe. I'd like to offer a solution of the government funding a decent amount to have the pavement recemented and the ramps torn down and rebuilt possibly with more obstacles we can skate offering a variety of choice to all skateboarders in the area.
