Reinstate The Grammy Award For Best Female Rap Solo Performance !!

The Grammy Award for Best Female Rap Solo Performance was an honor presented to female recording artists at the 45th Grammy Awards in 2003 and the 46th Grammy Awards in 2004 for quality rap solo performances. The Category was eliminated in 2005. I believe the category needs to be reinstated, due to the fact that the increase of female rap recording artists in the genre of hip hop. The female rap recording artists deserve a category where they receive recognition for their accomplishments and musical bodies of work. Male rap recording artists are more likely to receive a nomination and/or a win than a female rap artist. I think it's only fair to reinstate this category considering how many female rap artists are making music and how little recognition they are receiving.
