BACKYARD CHICKENS

We need to change this East Peoria city ordinance about chickens!! The ordinance says we are not allowed to have them because they may attract unwanted visitors, Well come on the racoons, possum, deer, fox, and other animals are already in our neighborhoods. Let's come up with a fix to allow families to have the chicken's to feed thier families and teach our youth what life is all about!! We can set a limit on the amount, four adult bird's will give you about 28 eggs a week that would give you a family of 4 about 4 meals worth of eggs for that week!!
