Confirm the Appointment of Jay Tutchton to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission

C.R.S SS 33-9-101 requires that one of the 11 members of the Commission must represent a non-profit organization that supports the enhancement of Colorado's wildlife and habitat. "Since 2017, Mr. Tutchton hands-on management of a non-profit native wildlife reserve located in southeastern Colorado. Coloradans need representation of their diverse interests. He also understands environmental policy and law as part of his nearly 30 year legal career. He is a practicing attorney and adjunct law professor. We must urge the Colorado Senate Agriculture Committee and Colorado Senators to confirm Mr. Tutchton's appointment to honor the majority of Coloradans who want our wildlife managed for future generations.
