End elective feline declawing in New Hampshire

Feline declawing is mutilation. It is not a simple removal of the nail bed it is a full amputation of the first digit of each toe. Declawed cats will usually develop pain and arthritis from having to realign their feet to walk, and they often end up with back pain and life long issues from the procedure. Our bill would end the elective practice of declawing for non medically necessary reasons.
