Allow MrFetter to use Randy Orton in UWF.

If anyone remembers my Randy Orton from last year, it was pretty solid. I had to step away from the UWF last year due to unforseen circumstances & would like another crack at using him especially since I didn't get to finish out the NWO angle with AK & Rey. Would really be honored if I was allowed this by SBS. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :D That is all.
