Stop nycha smoke free policy in apartments

It my choice to smoke or not to smoke when i moved in there was no law against smoking in NYCHA apartments now i live in NYCHA for over 15 years now NYCHA wants a smoke free environment which forces smokers to sign this new policy in frears of loosing their apartments or because i can't seem to quit smoking ill be forced knowing that it is not easy to stop an addiction of any kind it is not right that the city can make laws according to their own beliefs what about mine and the m8llios of smokers that
