Remove the Hair Colour Policy at RHS

Students at Reservoir High are being told that they are only allowed to dye their hair 'natural' colours (ie, brown, black, blonde and red). Any unnatural colours (ie, blue, green, purple, etc) are not allowed because they are deemed distracting to other students.

Students at Reservoir High school should have the ability to express themselves freely in any way that doesn't cause harm towards themselves or others. It isn't ok to force a child into being someone that isn't them; doing so can cause confusion and insecurities in the future.

This is a public school, it receives children from all walks of life, with different skin color, different sizes, and different beliefs and can accept them for who they are. A child's hair colour does not change their readiness to learn, or the students beside them. It is discrimination, so make it stop.
