Stop dresscode discrimination

We, the student body at Clements High School, believe that the dress code forcibly mandated by the district and ruthlessly enforced by the school administration is a frivolous waste of time and resources and restricts comfort, mobility, creative expression and other extremely viable aspects of a truly successful learning environment. We instead recommend a new dress code policy be discussed, reviewed, amd implemented. This new policy would reflect the essence of The Jim Crow Laws, the widely sucessful and popular law movement that endured the good portion of a century. We propose that the new dress code posses this main objective, focus,  and goal: "Naked but Equal". This will induce more open communication between student bodies and will reduce the amount of teasing, bullying, and valuable administration time wasted in enforcing our current over-conservative dress code.
