Unfair Justice System/ There not serving in protecting there harassing N serving

There's been on going issues within Adams county Quincy Illinois for as I can remember. I am completely over it. Something needs to be done about it. We need to come together as community in sign this petition to put a stop 🛑 to this immediately there is way too many innocent people lives at steak now they're involving innocent children and bad role models to the younger generation.
There's nothing right about what's going on in this town at all in public business in our school's out in the community even the Quincy Police, State Police, Sheriff, correctional officers, emergency personnel, even are state's attorney, judge, city attorney, are doing legal active. Going around assuming people being involved in a crime you can't even walk into a business without someone saying this person or this person is not involved or this person was or wasn't or this person said this , let a alone walk down a public Street without hearing people hollar stuff at you calling you names or yelling stuff about someone being involved with something. why are this people doing this and why isn't the authority resolving this matter it seems like the don't even run the department all civilian/convicts are running the show around this community. How are all this wrecks happening, pedestrians getting trampled over by vehicles. How are all this fires happening in nothing be done about it.
You telling me you don't catch wind of people talking about staging crimes or people saying blucky it. You don't think it's highly strange for people to be walking down the street and not in their head leaning to the side stomping there foot on the ground or drive by you looking at you or people swerving towards you . You don't hear people saying are they involved or maybe they are why is the department allowing people to be harassed in why aren't they resolving this matter? I've made complaints to the mayor's office to the senator, attorney general's office, Illinois State Police, Qpd, FBI, in the list goes on the issue don't seem to getting any better it only seems to be growing. There talking across the local TV stations , local radio stations, even on the Bob and Sherry in the morning on 92.9. the police scanner is jacked up and I seen on the news where they updated the 911 dispatch center and me and another gentleman just spoke with couple officers and they made us aware we shouldn't be hearing anything on the police scanner that they're running off at automated system of a whole different frequency. In a gentleman that was there with me speaking to the officers said he was involved with murder the officer said yes I did take you into the investigation room in as we did speak about it but Sergeant Gibson chose to release you in the gentleman was very frustrated and went to know what is going on in this town and why isn't anything being done and ask them to get a hold of federal agency / the FBI federal bureau investigations and they said they did not go how to bring him in contact with them they said to have him use my phone to contact them I guess this gentleman has asked multiple people to get a hold of them so he can speak with them and everybody keeps on denying him of doing so. This gentleman is not the only person that has came forward about crimes in the past that have been committed and the police are aware of it and they have not been punished for the crimes they have committed because the police are involved in it.

How's is all this happening why there's drones flying and they been flying since 2017 especially the past couple years constantly flying but the cops are needing help with any information regarding the fires 🔥 that's weird to me. The vehicle accident happening as well, "Yes" I've been told that they are being staged . I just in the last couple of weeks had my vehicle windows bashed out the wires cut and she burnt up all my sons clothes over 2,000 thousand dollars worth and the cop's won't do nothing about it, they are saying there's no proof of it there's many businesses around the area and they are allegedly watching guys do to it investigation but they're allowing things to happen to our property but not doing nothing about it what Because she works for the authority is that why and we don't so they're the only one that gets to commit crime and gets protected. 

Just like my nephew/son back in 2021 was allegedly in motorcycle accident on north 12th Street between Adams and Jackson according to the wcil community scanner on Facebook and family members says he was the only person at the scene of accident with a bystander but the guy did not get charged for leaving the scene of the accident he got a failure to yield and the whole news release on wgem has been removed and it was released on the news before all the family was notified. I truly and honestly don't believe it is what they're saying it was I had a gentleman in September of 21 call me from the Illinois State penitentiary and tell me a completely different story. Been over the last 4 years I've heard numerous things but we were under investigation when the accident occurred because my daughter was on the run from DCFS and there was multiple other incidents that occurred before this. Is biological mother has been working with the Quincy Police department and the Illinois west Central drug tasc force and sexual sleeping with Nick highland in 2014. She also was doing work with Gary farri . 
There's also people talking in peoples homes through some kind of communication device two-way radio something and I'm not for sure of how there doing it and how they got in the apartment and if I go somewhere there bring up conversation of what I had at my place people just keep antagonizing me and taunting me that there obviously watching and listening and are more alse saying what are you going to do about it there also brothering my family and it doesn't make any sense when we never hanged out with anybody until after the incident occurred in 21 and that's only me and one of my other children. how the whole dang town is speaking on us it makes no damn sense to me. people telling me the people u are involved around are all involved something you guilty too because you are around them no how are you saying they're guilty of something but they're not locked up and why would they come around somebody if they're guilty of a crime and they obviously got free of it but harassing the other people that they involved their self around after they committed a crime that they've never been charged with?

DEA agent Tommy Picketts entire career including his assets, bank accounts and ALL paperwork of how he aquired EVERY indictment, arrests, drug raids, fake warrants, extorting money from assumed drug dealers. Adams County Sheriff's Department as well as surrounding county officials for refusing bond money, failing to protect citizens from covicted violent criminals. Quincy Police Dpt for threats, false arrests, fake warrants, threats, profiling & intimidation. So let's put a stop to this corruption & violations of OUR CIVIL RIGHTS NOW BECAUSE LATER NEVER GETS DONE.")
