Animal cruelty is a huge problem nationwide. They are abused and beaten to death everyday, starved and treated like a piece of garbage on the floor. It has gotten out of hand, and it must be stopped. Animals have feelings like you and me, and that I am positive about ; just ask your self, if you were an animal how would you like to be treated? Many people dont care what happens to them, and it is time to change that.
I am asking for a minimum of 2 years in jail for someone who abuses mentally and physically an animal, and a minimum of 100,000 dollars bail bond. I know that if the government enforces this, the abusers will think about it twice before hurting another creature again.
We need to make it clear that something like this is not accepteble. We have to put are foot down and say no to cruelty. I dont think that everyone understands my point of view but I know that many support my idea.i need everyones help, please tell your friends about this situation and how they could make a difference, pass the word about this and other petitions, and dont give up.
our pets have been here for us giving love and showing loyalty, and now it is the time we make a safer future for them including the wild ones too.

We believe that you can help us make a difference. no person who abuses an animal should get away with it, and should pay for what they have done, in a way that would make them understand that Animal Cruelty is wrong.
People who commit such a crime should serve at leats five or more years in jail. and for murdering animals there should be no bail bonds. Most of the time they get away with the crime.
