Let me start by saying her name is Chiva we have had her since she was 4 weeks old she is now 5, she is a wonderful dog I consider her one of my children. She is so funny she watches more tv than we do, she loves the Animal Planet chanel, she likes to play ball, her water out of the refriderator lol. when you ask her some thing she talks back you in her language of course, she is a house dog does not like outside unless she playing ball or doing her thing ya know, she is very spoiled, LOVE kids and babies. But here is Chivas story, we had a bbq one of the guest left the gate open and chiva ran out the gate to play with the other dog the other dogs owner became hystrerical my dog wanted to play she only scratched the other dogs leg trying to play with him , and that lady called police and had them come get my dog and said she was vicious. so now the courts said I have to find her a new home because she is pit bull or they will put her down. ...now here is the catch that same judge told a lady to get her dog from the pound and gave her a 150 dollar fine after her dog attacked and bit a child and her dog was not a restricted breed . WOW my dog barly scratched another dog playing and i get a fine of over $900 and she had to leave our home they lady that started this said her dog was not injured just a small mark but it was her request that the dog be removed, even the animal shelter said she was a nice dog and they did not have a problem with her comming back home but the judge said no. I am going to appeal this decision so I need all of your help in SIGNING MY PETION TO BRING CHIVA HOME.
