Allow Me To See

By law USA citizens are allowed access to their medical files and choice of caregivers. I'm in the mental health system & not allowed these rights. I'm bad or dishonest legal advice freely, have very limited funds & being "uncomfortably" experimented on by doctors & students. Allow me to see who is in charge of the cover-ups, confinements, abuses, shock treatments without anesthesia, monetary & transport & relational controls, and forced physical afflictions. Even my spiritual beliefs are attacked. Make it stop with some kind of real help. I'm surrounded by people who steal with a smile. I don't know what to do.
