Hello,
I am very against puppy mills and am creating this petiton to make them illegal. They treat the dogs so horribly that they end up dying. They are never loved nor cared for, but are mere money signs in the eyes of the puppy mill owners. It is neglect and cruelty and I will not stand by and watch as innocent dogs die. We need to do something to stop these..and I believe this is the first step.
