Hello Fawn Ridge neighbors, my name is James, I'm a resident of Fawn Ridge since 1991, I'm not out to offend, scare, or violate anyone's privacy. New Gauge Properties has decided to single me out for owning a structure/permanent constructed and hidden out of view in my backyard. I'd like to inform all of the residents living inside of Fawn Ridge that anyone having any type of structure; whether it's a shed, a swing set, basketball hoop, trampoline, a gazebo, or ANY Storage unit or any type of structure, you’re probably in violation. If you're driving a Pickup truck, a company vehicle, or if the color of your house has been painted any color other than what it was originally painted, you are probably in violation. There is no privacy for any of us in what we have or do in our own backyard. Fawn Ridge is willing to pursue and sue all of us for what we do in our own backyards, even if it costs residents tens or hundreds or thousands of dollars.
