Demand More Than a 48 Hour Stray Hold in Pennsylvania

Many residents in the state of Pennsylvania are unaware the stray hold is 48 hours. Many residents are not on social media, many are elderly and have no transportation to the shelters to find their missing pets. Most all other states are 72 hours. 48 hours is simply not enough to find the owners and it's not right to euthanize a stray at the 48 hour mark or adopt that animal out. Many owners lose their pets to the 48 hour law...lets give the animals in this state extra time and help owners get their pets back. Not everyone who loses their pet is a bad owner. Please sign and share so we can get the law changed or at least let them hear our concerns.
Thank you
