Stop horse racing

Thousands of horses die each year in horse racing, the horses which are use are extremely young and start from the age of 2, there bones are not yet fully developed and are extremely weak. The horses live an extremely lonely life and spend up to 23 hours a day in a stable and just 1 hour not in a stable, horses are social animals and live in herds so this makes them extremely depressed and unhappy. Most race horses only make it up to the age of 5, if there lucky.. this is devastating as the average life expectancy of a horse is around the age of 30. Some racehorses are sent to the slaughter house after there races as they are seen as worthless and no longer needed. Race horses are mostly drugged to numb the physical pain which they are experiencing. Some drugs are illegal for example snake venom which can have really bad internal impacts on the horse and result in death. This is not life for an animal to live. If we work together we can put a stop to this!
