Pass NYC’s Dog Waste Dispenser Legislation

For over a year, we’ve been working with Council Member Julie Menin to advance a bill that would require the Department of Sanitation to install and regularly stock dog waste bag dispensers on public litter baskets across the city. The bill also calls for a public awareness campaign to educate New Yorkers about the health risks of dog waste.
