Reinstate Nick Brandenburg's Account

I am writing on behalf of (Nick Brandenburg , FB # 1407632166, furyandpassion79@gmail.com, whose account has been mistakenly disabled on the 17^th May 2012.
He has not violated any TOS that he is aware of.
He has lost access to family and friends, along with personal photos and information in addition to online games which he has patiently built up like Facebook partner Zynga games.

In addition he is facebook administrator of 3 facebook group pages which impacts on total of 1000+ members

I am hoping that you can either help us solve this problem or that you can forward this message to a customer service manager so that it can be escalated.
He has have lodged 3 tickets and ONLY  got 1 automated response which did not state WHY had been disabled or estimated time in which they would get back to him about the issue. 

All this automated email contained was information that is already available on a facebook users’s help desk centre on facebook page
At this stage we still not why he was disabled and when he would be reinstated.

He has sent emails to contacts I found on networking site called Jigsaw and had no answer

Please look into this matter as a matter of urgency  and reinstate his account.

At the very minimum if could advise him on furyandpassion79@gmail as to why his account was disabled and how long it will take to get it reinstated and what step he needs to take for this to occur.
