Stop SCRC from spraying herbicide in Shiawassee County.

The county roadways are automatically mowed and sprayed with herbicide. This program is meant to clear vision-impairing growth on the sides of the roads. This program kills native plants and wildflowers that support our declining bee and butterfly populations and are linked to various health problems and diseases in humans and animals. Washtenaw Co. discontinued their herbicide program in 2019, it is time for Shiawassee Co. to do the same.
