No charges for free children's events.

Highlands Council are milking children now. They have demanded Rosemarkie Amenities Association shell-out £153 for a free community event for children : an Easter egg hunt. In the summer they have to pay £370. This mean-spirited council has no need to be charging so much for a non-profit making event for children and families. Please put an end to it.
