Congress term limits

With Congress' approval rating so low, out of touch people that say they represent their constituents, unwillingness to work with the other side of the aisle to solve problems and make stronger solutions with the least impact on the people. I suggest term limits for congress.

4 terms for the House of Representatives, 8 years.
2 terms for the Senate, 12 years.
