help cape verde stray dogs

Please let�s politely urge the Municipality of Cape Verde to stop killing its stray dogs. We believe that SIMABO --- an OIPA member league that acts on the S�o Vicente�s island and gets a funding from the European Union -- can talk out this issue and find a way out, but it�s needed therefore in the first place that the dogs stop being Killed. ANDA -- News agency of animal rights (www.anda.jor.br) -- wishes to express its supports for the entity SIMABO the Municipality.
