Why we deserve a raise

When I've asked our leadership about the raises we've been told should be coming, I was told that we should explain to the OMs/Internal about why we deserve a raise. As I explained in the document I attached this petition to, we do deserve this. Please sign the petition so we can properly document the demand for a raise.
