brooks baker are steuben county d.a brooks baker stole my money from my theft case .i was robed of a large sports card collection turned it in .the collection was sold brooks baker got the money kept it and wont give it back threatens everyone that wants to help tells them he can do what he wants nobody can do a thing .he has committed the crimes of theft,abuse of power,obstruction of justice, terroristic threats, domestic terrorism ,attempted murder thats not.we need to get him out.
