Demand that the Jordan World Circus does NOT appear in Wenatchee, WA!!!

On March 24th, at 7:00 PM, the Town Toyota Center (TTC) of Wenatchee, WA is planning on hosting an event by the Jordan World Circus. This event will include a "superb collection" of both tigers and elephants Even though circuses have been viewed as a fun, and entertaining way for a family to spend time together, more insight reveals that issues involving mistreatment and abuse of circus animals are all too common.

The Jordan World Circus has had a long history with receiving fines and penalties from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for both abuse of animals and for not taking the proper safety precautions to protect their audience. Some examples are:

1. USDA inspectors report that Jordan waited a month to seek veterinary treatment for a malnourished tiger with a fractured leg.
2. Poorly ventilated and filthy enclosures to transport animals
3. Failure to provide animals with adequate nutrition, water, and shade

Circuses are NOT a fun family activity, but rather a cruel reality for elephants, tigers, and more who are forced to live out their lives performing, so the audience can be "amused and thrilled". Please stand with me in saying that Wenatchee does not want to see an event like this come to the Town Toyota Center!
