Peterson Lofts Board decision re Jamie Alcala

1) Loss of amenity outweighs economics of decision

2) Decision process inadequately vetted with stakeholders 

















Dear Peterson Lofts Board,

Pursuant to the Illinois Condominium Property Act, we the undersigned request a special meeting of the Peterson Lofts unit owners and the Peterson Lofts Board of Directors (the “Board”) to take place within the next thirty (30) days addressing the Board’s decision to terminate contractual services with Absolute Janitorial, which resulted in separation of Jamie Alcala from his employment duties at Peterson Lofts.
