A man either didn't want or couldn't care for his four cats anymore. But rather than rehome them or give them to a shelter, he chose to
abandon the four pets in a random alley with dumpsters where people kept their trash.
A surveillance camera captured him opening up the trunk of the car, revealing a pet-carrying cage inside the car.
He opened the cage, grabbed each one of the cats, and then harshly threw them out onto the ground. Then, when someone living nearby spotted him and opened the door to their garage, the man fled the scene.

The man's cats were terrified by what was happening. All four showed signs of disorientation and confusion, with some running away and others cowering and hiding.

A neighbor has worked hard to rescue all four cats, and has named them Daisy, Tuxie, Egg Drop, and Handsome. In the process, he discovered that
one of the animals had previously been cruelly declawed, leaving it defenseless in the wild. The cats are lucky this good samaritan was nearby and determined to help!
They have all warmed up to him and become happy, loving companions who love to purr, cuddle, and receive pets.As the neighbor says, the whole situation is strange and disturbing. "There are so many resources available, and I understand a lot of the shelters are full ... even if a shelter can't take them, they have a foster network. So it takes a little bit of coordination, but this inhumane and cruel act boils down to being lazy."
