Child Maintenance in the UK needs reform now!

Anyone who has a case with the Child Support Agency will find or has already found that another organization called the Child Maintenance Service is what is replacing the CSA.

Many people who opt in to use what is knows as 'Collect and Pay' will find out that the paying parent will have to pay 20% of the total fee and the receiving parent will have to pay 4% of that money being paid.

This is an absolute disgrace and this so called "New and Improved" system already needs reform. It's not fair that a government service makes money out of parents who are already in financial hardship without having to find it harder paying more.
