PETITION FOR CONSTITUTIONAL RECOGNITION AND PROTECTION OF NATIVE GENERATIONAL CAYMANIANS
To the People of the Cayman Islands and the Proper Constitutional Authorities:
We, the undersigned, hereby petition for a formal amendment to the Constitution of the Cayman Islands to recognize, define, and protect Native Generational Caymanians, defined as:
Persons who are Caymanian by birth and bloodline and who can demonstrate direct biological descent—parent to parent to grandparent to great-grandparent—tracing an unbroken Caymanian lineage to the year 1930 or earlier.
This Petition further seeks constitutional safeguards to:
Preserve the heritage and identity of Cayman's original families;
Ensure that only Native Generational Caymanians, as defined above, may hold the offices of Premier, Minister, or Member of Parliament;
Establish a lawful, fair, and transparent verification process consistent with historical realities.
