No Car wash in residential area. Keep it zoned residential !

National Car Wash Company wants to change R-5 residential zoned property to C-1, so they can build a large Car Wash that would increase trash, Noise and traffic in a primarily residential area. It would eliminate any buffer between the car wash and adjacent residential properties. Keep property Zoned R-5 that will not allow Car Wash to be built.
