Help remove our Director!!

Cecile Enright, current Director of REACH School is charged with poor management, and mistreatment of parents and staff.
By in large, the teachers, staff, and parents believe the school is desperately needed in this area and if it wasn't for the current director it could become one of the most successful charter schools in the state of Oregon. We serve roughly 185 students in a personalized learning blended model as to accommodate the unique needs of families in this region. We provide an alternative source for education to those students that do not fit into the traditional school setting. We bridge the gap between homeschool and public education. Many of our students come from rural areas in which there is limited choice in educational experiences. In addition, we are the only school in our district that offers several alternative routes to graduation, such as modified diplomas, GEDs, and early college programs. REACh school has amazing potential, and a phenomenal staff, however, with the current leadership we have no possibility of being a successful and long running program.
The school board has a conflict in interest by having the director’s family members on the board including her husband as the board President. Furthermore, it does not have sufficient representation of the parents, students and staff of REACH school.
The director has hired and lost 62 employees since the charter school opened in September of 2011. Many of those employees were hired without an interview and by the director alone. Additionally when she is tired of them because they will not bow down to her dictatorship and do exactly what she says or asks or they give her a headache or they had just enough nerve to maybe stand up for themselves they are fired. There is no justification for this and there is no accountability for her actions.
Cecile uses public tax dollars to further her education, she is over paid,and is rarely at the school, she comes in like a whirlwind critizing everything that is going onnadnstaff have been doing their best to keep things running while everything sits at a standstill as NOONE is allowed to make a decision on a single thing on the school besides her.
