End the Blue Bags!

The blue bags have been an inconvenience to us all. It is difficult to go to lockers so often as they are always crowded because of these weak, tiny bags. For something that give about a couple inches of space in a classroom but much discomfort and a lot of money used to replace these, it's not worth it.
