BAR RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN FROM AMERICA - NO STATE VISIT!

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered interference in America's 2016 elections. Under his direction, Russian cyber criminals continue efforts to undermine free and fair elections, including our midterms in November. This attack on our democratic process alone should preclude Putin from touching US soil.

Former KGB agent Putin has been credibly accused of murdering journalists, political rivals and personal enemies in Russia and in Allied countries. Welcoming a known murderer and spy into the People's House would undermine the stricter border policies this administration advocates to deter criminal activity, putting Americans at risk.

One of our government's most important responsibilities is protecting its citizens from enemies, both foreign and domestic. In pursuit of this worthy objective, Putin's invitation to visit Washington must be rescinded.
