Repeal the Indian Act in Canada.

because the Indian Act is used to deny all civil rights to all Canadian Indians: children can be raped and murdered and basically they and their families have no legal rights: they have a sub-human status. Repealing this act and giving them full Canadian citizenship can change these horrors.
