Bring Back Gilbert’s Vegan Chickpea Smash!!!

As of the fall 2019 semester at Lafayette College, Gilbert's, an eating venue on campus, discontinued a popular meal, the vegan chickpea smash. This meal provided those with limited diets an eating option with protein and fats not found at other eating venues on the Lafayette College campus. We urge that Gilbert's brings back the Vegan Chickpea smash for a more inclusive and healthy student lifestyle.
