Change the Mixture used for IL pothole repairs!

    Potholes are dangerous and causing sever damage to vehicles costing IL residents a lot of money and injuries to cyclist. Cold Patch Asphalt can be used to repair our roads instead of the current solution and if no repairs IL residents should be reprimanded a $300 incentive yearly to help with the cost of damages.
