Allow Niko outside Visits with his family. He is not a monster. It is cruel to keep him locked away.

As Niko supporter's we are all aware of what he has been accused of, with that being said there is no good explanation why Niko can't be allowed outside. The public would like to think that it is the goal of the SPCA to treat all animals in a humane way and we truly feel that is not being done in this case. Niko deserves to be walked and he also deserves human contact. Niko is being tortured he is a big dog that needs exercise on a daily basis he needs to have contact with his owners and he needs to stretch his legs and exercise his mind. The SPCA is not treating Niko fairly. We all know that the court process could take a long time it is only fair that Niko get treated like any other dog being housed at the SPCA. Niko is already being medicated and locking him away like this is not helping. Please allow Niko outside time with his owners and allow him to be a dog again.
