People should sign this so they don't have to breath the smoke of the neighbor next to them. With my doors and windows closed , my apartment reeks of cigarettes , and smells like an ashtray. No one should have to be made to leave the comfort of their living rooms to go stay in another room just so they can breath, or have to stick their heads in the freezer so they can breath because they have asthma. We all have our rights! If they want to smoke , they can walk out to the front of the building on the sidewalk where it is far enough away, and smoke out there. my neighbor has already killed one cat with her smoking and the day it died, went and got another, a baby, she's not even a year old yet, an doesn't even play anymore, she just lays around trying to breath. Thus should be stopped for not only humans rights ,but for the rights of all animals living in the homes of the ones who smoke and the ones who don't. Please sign this, we have our rights, let's do this for us and the animals who don't have a voice!!
