DEMAND QLD GOVERNMENT TO BAN 1080 BAITS TO KILL WILD DOGS

1080 is a highly poisonous bait that cause animals that eat it to die a slow painful death, and all protected species that eat the carrion. Extensively used in New Zealand for 30 years, it has poisoned all waterways, been found in milk, butter and yoghurt exports and has largely killed off most native fauna, Kea Kea, Kakapo parrots and ground lizards.
