Promote the arts in a scholastic setting

In many schools, the arts are on the bottom.  People don't care about the arts, but instead about English, Math, Science, etc.  Many people can't learn the traditional way because they are artists and dancers.  In many schools, investments in the arts is seen as "gay" or strange.  Athe arts are what make a society strong; they add to the culture.
