Ignore Button on Care2

In light of recent problems that have stalled the progress of many of Care2's groups.  We would like Care2 to install an IGNORE button that would be available for all users to apply against any offensive member of Care2.  The button would be a toggle so that it also could be removed should the offender's status be changed.  It may not be applied toward group hosts, or Care2 employees.

Since Care2 is not able to control agitators, and/or those with multiple profiles, we feel that this would be a viable alternative to their assaults.
