URGENT: Kaleida Health Management wants to cut Patient Care Assistant job to accommodate Kaleida Health budget.

On January 15, 2020 Pca staff was made aware that Kaleida Health management will be cutting PCA jobs due to management going over their job. Eliminating Pca jobs will be detrimental to patient care and patient safety.
